An autonomous powder fire extinguishing device is designed to extinguish fires of solid, liquid, gaseous substances and electrical equipment under voltage without human intervention.
It consists of a foam body filled with fire extinguishing powder. Fire-conducting cords run along the sides of the housing, which activate the device upon contact with fire, a pop is heard within 10 seconds (an additional warning signal about a fire), the housing ruptures and fire extinguishing powder is released, after which the source of ignition will be instantly localized.
